Pic-page in its current state (at the time of writing this) is a message board. One with many interesting and entertaining quirks - such as replies appearing before the post they are in response to - replies deleting the post they quoted - and having a quote appear a lot with it's broken 'quote code'. Among other attractions is randomly appearing pink/mauve colored columns or rows somewhere in the tableset - and an over emotional internet zealot who frequently changes his stance on the internet vs. real-life argument.

Be warned, the development is so rapid that it's changed names or servers 2 or 3 times within the last 2 months. (but to keep with it's changing face, you get to change your's as well - by having to register every couple weeks!)

Novogate is simply a message board. One with what you'd expect from a message board, with boring predictable replies with quoting, nearly invisible moderators, and a overly laid back atmosphere.

Yes. Novogate welcomes suggestions. Infact, it's color scheme is based upon the majority's vote. It is currently being adjusted to suit popular opinion.

Pic-page accepts suggestions and goes even one step further. They have an entirely seperate forum just for YOUR suggestions!!! Not only that, but they delete your topic containing your suggestions. (we presume this is to empty the way for even more suggestions) Additionally, you get very inspired 'feedback' from the board's creator regarding your suggestions. Simply first class. Novogate clearly acknowledges their superiority in this field.
